The kitchen was kept busy at St Mark's Pre-school, Worle as bacon, egg, toast, teas and coffees were being prepared for the 2010 Children in Need breakfast on Friday 19th November.
The children had helped bake and decorate a mammoth supply of Pudsey Bear cookies that were on sale all day.
Jean Smith, the group leader said, 'Thanks again to all the staff, helpers, children and their families and friends who helped to raise £238 for this worthwhile cause'.

Saturday 16th October marked the date of the 2010 AGM of the Pre-school.
Parents, staff, helpers and friends attending the meeting were welcomed with croissants, pain-au-chocolates and fresh coffee. Whilst enjoying the refreshments, people were able to browse several stalls selling greeting cards, books, make-up and jewellery along with displays of the Pre-school children's work and a preview of the new website on a laptop.
On Friday 15th December we held our Christmas party. Parents came and joined us for our Nativity performance and the children were fantastic! We also had a visit from Father Christmas who managed to squeeze us into his busy schedule.
Wow!
A huge thank you to all who took part and supported us. You have managed to raise a staggering £815.31.
As a result of this we shall soon be purchasing a brand new laptop and other much needed equipment.
We made a brilliant amount of £158.00 in aid of Sport Relief. A big, big thank you to everyone who helped raise the money and we hope you enjoyed your breakfast!
